kununu has three offices in Europe. Each of these offices provides the perfect setting for collaboration and brainstorming while also offering the opportunity to zoom out whenever deep work is what you need. We also offer both remote and hybrid working models so you can work from home as and when you need to.

How about remote work?

At kununu, we prioritize flexibility, offering remote contracts, although fully remote arrangements are less common. Most roles feature hybrid models, allowing you to work from home while also coming into the office to connect with colleagues and collaborate. This culture of exchange and innovation is really important to us. The specifics of your hybrid model will vary by team, some positions require more time in the office than others. We always try to provide the flexibility you need, recognizing that traditional 9-to-5 jobs can be a real challenge nowadays. With our flexible, trust-based working hours, we support you in finding a work rhythm that works for you and those around you.
